Holly is a first generation Australian (the daughter of Sri Lankan immigrants), who lives and works in the US, currently directing Product Design and UX at Code and Theory agency.
Her experience spans 11+ years over UX/Product Design and Strategy —embedded in teams like Google, Nike, PwC, Clover and Kinship —as well as building 0 - 1 products at startups and social enterprises around the world - Australia, Japan and Singapore and now the US, to name a few.
In addition, Holly’s work also explores impact for change. She co-founded a mental health startup called Limbr, whose mission was to make mental healthcare more acceptable and more accessible and also founded ‘Brown Ceremony,’ an online journal celebrating art, film, and culture across the South Asian diaspora.

Building products that are understandable and useable through a shared mission has become the standard, but I aim to go beyond striving to instill joy or bring relief or pleasure to peoples lives, which I believe is a much more powerful outcome.
